We will email you when it is time to book your parent meeting.
You can then use our online booking system to schedule your meetings with teachers.
If you do not have internet access, you can put a written request to the school office.
If you have any difficulty booking online, please email the office on firstname.lastname@example.org. You will need to give
- your child’s name,
- class and
- your preferred date and time.
Parents’ guide for booking appointments
Step 1: Login
Fill out all the details on the page. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointments. We may use the phone number to contact you.
- Please use your child’s “preferred” forename that matches our records (no abbreviations).
- Registration class (Seahorses, Penguins, Starfish, Turtles, Lobsters, Octopuses, Whales, Jellyfish, Dolphins, Seals, Walruses, Porpoises, Stingrays, Sharks)
- Date of birth – use this format 26/11/2005
Step 2: Select parents’ evening
Select the parents’ evening you want to make appointments for.
Step 3: Choose teachers
Your child’s teachers will appear. Check the selected teachers are correct.
If you do not wish to see a teacher, click on their name to de-select them.
Step 4: Book appointments
Click ‘Book’ to make your appointment with the teacher for the time you wish.
You can enter a short note to the teacher to help structure the appointment if you wish.
Repeat this for all the teachers you wish to see.
To confirm all appointments, click on “click here” in the yellow box at the top of the page.
Step 5: Print your confirmation email
Please print out the confirmation email with your appointment times and bring it to the parents’ evening. To send the school feedback about this system, click on “Send Feedback”.
Changing your appointments
To change your appointments click “Add/Edit/Delete Appointments”.
There is a link at the bottom of the confirmation email which logs you back into the system.
